At Valley Regional Surgery Center, we want your visit to be as trouble-free as possible. We will sit down with you and go over your insurance to determine exactly what is covered, and what your out-of-pocket expenses will be. Your insurance company will be billed with the information that you provide to us for the services rendered at the time of your visit. We participate with most local and national insurers, HMOs, PPOs, IPAs and Workers Compensation carriers.
Valley Regional accepts the types of insurance shown on the right plus many more. If you don't see your insurance please contact the Valley Regional billing department @937-778-3848 to see if we participate with your insurance carrier. You are responsible for any deductibles, co-insurance or co-pays. Co-pays and co-insurance is due at the time of your visit. It is important to inform your insurance company of your pending surgical procedure.
You will receive a bill from Valley Regional Surgery Center for any balance that is billable to you after your insurance has paid. You will also receive a separate bill from your surgeon, anesthesiologist and Pathology depending on which services were utilized when you were a patient at our center.
Worker's Compensation claims need additional information. Please make sure that you provide the following information prior to your surgical procedure:
